Hello I keep getting the following error message when I scan my music:
Couldn't create policy command from com.elsten.bliss.music.policy.tagsync.TagSyncPolicy
Any help appreciated

Do not re-scan on update if necessary
While the feature to not re-scan on restart has been there for a long time, on every upgrade it re-scans the entire library. If there are only superficial changes or new feature additions such as the new settings page, why would it re-scan the entire library? I understand if it is something like fingerprinting once it is enabled would need to re-scan or hopefully just fingerprint. I am running on a Synology and after each upgrade it takes 2-3 days to finish re-indexing my library with almost constant disk usage. I would like to save wear on my drives and…

Detect key signature or musical key of song
I think it would be great to be able to detect the musical key of the song and offer the user a way to write that as an mp3 tag to the file.
This is something that is immensely useful to djs who do harmonic mixing, where changing the key of what you're playing up or down certain steps will change the mood of your mix.

Consolidate multiple box set CDs into a single album entry
On my sonos different CDs from a single box set come up as separate albums with several identical pieces of album art in a row. Is there a way of making multiple box set of CDs show as a single album entry? At present the different CDs have been ripped into separate folders. I could simply put all the tracks into a single folder but then the track numbers would all have to be changed, a task I'm trying to avoid as I can see no quick, easy and reliable way of doing this, and Bliss doesn't always easily accept…

DTS WAV files to tag
would be nice to tag them as well

Integrate a music player
It would be nice to be able to preview/play a track. When track name disputes arise, this would be useful in validating which track you're actually tagging. (Among other uses)

Show linked source for "incorrect track name"
Would be really nice to know which linked source is causing the track name non-compliance. Usually, it's the only one that's different, and we could just unlink.

Dark Mode compatible menubar icon
Since Dark Mode became so prevalent with Mojave, it would be nice if Bliss could update their menu bar icon to be "dark mode" compatible. Transparent background and white foreground color for the "bl" text. As it is now the icon looks pretty awful on Mojave in Dark Mode.
This is somewhat related to

Don't suggest track names from low percentage matches
Example: Billy Joel: Cold Spring Harbor. I have at least 25 matches with correct track names and 90%+ match rating. One Italian match has translated names, and is a 85% match. Bliss wants to change my track names to the italian versions. Why? I also have to click through 25 linked matches until I find the one that might be suggesting the incorrect names. Majority rules! If I have many matches with the same name, why are you looking at the single different entry?

Show totally lifetime fixes used
I've upgraded to unlimited fixes. I see all the logs saying "...costing 1 fix". I'd love a tally of total fixes I've ever used. Make me feel good about buying the unlimited. :)

Reduce wordiness of duplicate file notification
Currently where A and B are duplicates, Bliss accurately reports that A is a duplicate of B and that B is a duplicate of A.
E.g.:
"5-PianoConcertoNo.2inFminor,Op.21,CT.48Larghetto.m4a is a duplicate of 5-PianoConcertoNo.2inFminor,Op.21,CT.48Larghetto2.m4a,5-PianoConcertoNo.2inFminor,Op.21,CT.48Larghetto2.m4a is a duplicate of 5-PianoConcertoNo.2inFminor,Op.21,CT.48Larghetto.m4a"This is needlessly wordy since if A is a duplicate of B we can infer that B is a duplicate of A!

Filters: Move to top bar
All filters on theft hand side box (initial character, compliance, # of albums) could easily be available on a second line of the top menu bar.
Right now this uses valuable screen etstate for no good reason, which could be used for one or two more album columns.

Move unidentifiable albums to a custom directory of my choosing
I would like to see a feature that relocates (on the file level) all the albums that Bliss during processing ignores (or is never able to identify/make compliant) to a custom directory of my choosing.
This way I can continue identification work on those "rogue albums" with different tools, or simply just delete the albums alltogether.

Identify 'Compliant by Default' albums with the Why? button
At present, an album which is Compliant by Default (CBD), that is to say an album which has no linked releases, shows all blue ticks when the Why? button is clicked. This is misleading and incorrect. It would be very useful if it showed *No Linked Releases' instead.

Rule to reindex Sonos music library
It would be great if there could be a rule that would use the Sonos API to trigger a reindexing of the Sonos music library at the end of the rescan / new scan / find new content processes.
Currently, although bliss discovers and applies rules to new entries on my Synology NAS, I have to wait until the scheduled Sonos rebuild, or go and do a manual reindex..
Id bliss could trigger the Sonos index rebuild then adding new material to the Sonos system becomes one simple task - ripping the music to the library. Thereafter, everything is automated.…

User definable items per page
Please can we have the ability to set the number of items per page to whatever we want, including infinity
The limit of 96 items per page in album view is arbitrary. It creates too much page navigation. Continuously scrolling pages are a much better UX.
But I appreciate that for very large libraries, users might want paging.

Detection/Search for Unprocessed Tracks
99% of the time, Bliss Just Works (TM), which is great. But I do find that, for one reason or another, I'll get files (sometimes just 1-2 in an album, other times whole albums) that won't get processed. Finding them, and figuring out why Bliss didn't handle them is difficult at present. It would be useful to be able to quickly identify every likely music file in the library (e.g., everything with a .mp3, .flac, etc. extension) that Bliss has not processed, along perhaps with some code indicating what Bliss thinks might be going on. Was the file not able…

Missing discnumber makes album non-compliant
I can already disc number as "must be present", but a missing disc number doe not make the album non-compliant.

Which release does the cover art come from?
It is a bit unclear which release does bliss use to set the cover art. If the album has, lets say, five 100% linked releases we wouldn't know which one did bliss use.
Could this info be added to the Activity page somehow?
