    The other apps are just apps, they aren't a server, I don't think you can do that with a server.

    Not a workaround, it's just the only way to add an installed app icon on the synology desktop.
    I don't think there's another way...

    gabylu, open the quick menu (top left icon) and just drag and drop the bliss icon on the DSM desktop.

    If I can use this to convert all my files in one file format (mp3s are more universal and I don't need audiophile quality as I mostly listen to my music in my car) then I'm interested.
