    i don't this that transcoding is something bliss have to do. i rip some disk to FLAC and MP3 (for different players). bliss recognise the disk but in album view tracks are shown twice without any indication. a group by extension or format will be clever

    casing control is really missing, furthermore on linux storage. i've got many folders with casing differences, and it's a problem when trying to access them from windows.

    in fact, a solution could be to have a capitalisation enforcement for the tags (as it exists in bliss) and an other capitalisation in file/folder generation.
    <track name> write track name like the tag,
    <track name upper> write track name upper case,
    <track name lower> write track name upper case,
    ...
