An error occurred while saving the comment An error occurred while saving the comment RBoatright commentedconsider also this error from the same folder:
Track number was unset for Norah Jones\Others\Norah Jones - Are You Lonesome Tonight.mp3
What am I supposed to do about that? The message doesn't tell me if it's a tag I need to edit, or if the file path is the problem.
An error occurred while saving the comment RBoatright commentedone example is in the Norah_Jones/other/ folder.... there's tracks in there from a variet of albums... but consider this one:
Track name was unset for
Expected
Norah Jones\Others\Norah Jones & Jools Holland - In The Dark.mp3Actual
Norah Jones\Others\Norah Jones & Jools Holland - In The Dark.mp3Note first, that the expected and actual are the same, and second, that I can't rename or move this from the interface. To get this out of the "uncompliant" area, I have to create a new artist folder, put the correct album under it, and then put the song in there. THere's no way to tell bliss to "Ignore the "other" folder when it comes to file paths."
and there's no way to fix the fine name problem from the UI.

An error occurred while saving the comment RBoatright commentedVery nice idea. Actually, two different ones. a) allow me to point to a file on my system that replaces "empty cd case" and b) when in the choices where I can do searches, or point to a URL or upload a file, add a new choice "Use default image" with the default image displayed next to it. Then, i can make up a "cover" that is MY default image, and I know what it is.

Ahhhh... finally, I understand what the problem is then, the "Track name" tag in the file is unset. Got it. The word "unset" again was not self-documenting. I couldn't figure out WHAT was unset.
Ok, there are several possibilities... any are acceptable I think.
1) Allow me to enter the track name. ( If you do that, use two fields, one for name and one for number.)
2) Show me Bliss's 'guess' and ask me to ok it, just as bliss does sometimes for Genre.
If the track lacks a track number, do one of two things, either put "--" or "xx" in the track number and cope with that in your pathing and naming (as in "this means skip the track number" or put a bit in the bliss database that says "Please ignore the lack of a track number on this file" and put a button on the screen to turn that on.
