Prefer my metadata

There are some albums where the catalog metadata is wrong. My guess is you have no ability to send fixes upstream.

I'd like the ability to say "No, *this* is the correct spelling for this album," and have Bliss consider my data correct.

This is an interesting development of http://ideas.blisshq.com/forums/21939-bliss/suggestions/1928497-ignore-compliance-for-certain-albums I think - it takes it one step further, giving a _reason_ for 'ignoring' the compliance, as it were.
