Alert Synology media indexer after moving files
As my music collection starts to get as compliant as it gets, I took it to the next level by enforcing file paths as well. This works so well, I created an inbox folder where I put the files, and Bliss takes care of the rest.
Unfortunately, on Synology this means the media indexer loses track of the file. It seems to be relatively easy to send an alert to rescan a certain folder.
My suggestion is to send an alert for every new folder Bliss has to create; so DS audio and all other media players "see" the newly placed files as well.

Where you see folders being left behind, please send a debug archive "Help" > "Download debug archive" to support@blisshq.com

At the moment like you having somewhat similar issues . I use a totally seperate Bliss monitored Folder (e.g. Bliss to sort) with a sub directory (e.g. INBOX or NEWMP3 ) but monitor the root Dir/folder. This carries out all the auto tagging & moves from the INBOX into the root folder. After auto moving to this & no further tagging required I go back in & manually to move files out of Bliss root monitored folder into another Music folder & reindex manually (but perhaps this could be scheduled via the NAS i.e. reindex every week).
Some work required by Dan as would be really useful to only move to another folder if all the criteria / tags rules are met as I do find that Bliss will leave behind annoying empty similar folders while it is doing its tagging, sorting etc..
There are probably otherways of doing this but I have sub folder INBOX / NEWMP3 so it is easier to see if there are any issues with the new files as its a pain to read all the activities. So anything not moved from this sub dir/folder then there is something stopping Bliss from dealing with it & time to Investigate.

Broadly speaking this is a common requirement in different environments, because many music players require a "rescan" even if its only tags that have changed.
