I have quite a lot of tagged files left in the root folder. Could Bliss tell me if these are duplicates or a variant on unknown unknowns.

Could you get in touch by email? http://www.blisshq.com/contact.html . Sounds like something we'd like to add (and can already do to an extent), it's just that this forum is for *measurable* tasks only (i.e. stuff that we know when it's done) and I want to flesh the detail out a bit more with you.
