Identify files that don't meet bit rate and/or sample rate standards
I have an extremely large library that I've been curating for a long time. In recent years, I've been careful about only including MP3s that have 320 kbps bit rate and at least 44.100 kHz sample rate.
Unfortunately, many of the files in my library do not meet this standard, because I added them a long time ago and I wasn't aware of these things. My library is so large it's too cumbersome to check all of the files manually.
It would be great if Bliss had a feature that allowed me to identify which files don't live up to a certain quality threshold so that I could go about the business of replacing them with better quality versions of that file.
This would be a daunting amount of work, but it would be at least somewhat manageable if Bliss could keep track of this.

Love this idea. I think there are some rules that can't be fixed by bliss - this is one of them, because upsampling in most cases would probably not be desirable.
