I got the fiio m11 it doesn't work it won't let me download on to the fiio m11 do you have a Android based software?

We don't have an Android version, no. Typically, for use with a portable player you could install bliss on a different Windows, Mac or Linux based computer (if you have one) and fix your library from there.
