Option to auto-increment track numbers as filepath and/or track number tag in ID-tag

If I have cd's with multiple discs I'd like to auto-increment the tracknumbers in filepath and/or in the ID-tag. So 2 cd's with 20 numbers eac, will be numbered from 01-40.

Interesting idea! I assume this is to support players that don't support disc numbers? You could also have a different syntax for the track number field, e.g.

0101 - Disc 1, track 1
0102 - Disc 1, track 2
0103
...
0201 - Disc 2, track 1
