Use typographer's quotes wherever quotation punctuation appears
This may be because I’ve used a Mac, forever, but I like to use typographer’s quotes (“” ‘’) instead of their ASCII equivalents ("" '')

You could probably do this with a find and replace regex - https://www.blisshq.com/music-library-management-blog/2019/02/13/find-replace-rule-fix-html-encoding/ (and also the consistent hyphen spacing too).
A not very easy to use solution but...
