Prefer artists without aliases as part of non-standard artist name check
This would be one possible way of solving the following problem:
There is an artist who goes by the name Ryuichi Sakamoto.
There is another artist who is name Ryuichi Sakamoto, but goes by the name "Friction".
Bliss wants to rename the artist for "Merry Christmas Mr. Lawrence" to "Friction", despite the fact that the album really was created by Ryuichi Sakamoto (as specified by the linked release).
Akira Yamaoka is also affected by this. The fact that they are both Japanese artists who primarily create soundtracks may not be a coincidence.

The two problems are not actually related (hence different suggestions), even though they both affect Japanese artists. I swear this represents less than 1% of my music library :p

We don't actually take into account the album right now - for this, enable the album artist or artist correction rule, and you get the canonical artist suggested anyway, in a form correct for the locale (of the release).
How does this affect http://ideas.blisshq.com/forums/21939-bliss/suggestions/37986016-disregard-non-standard-artist-names-when-approved ?
