Allow a manual retry for failed cover art installs
Sometimes the reasons for a failed download can be transient (e.g. temporary problem with a remote server). Add a 'retry' option to failed installs to tell bliss to try downloading again.

This has actually been completed with the new ‘rescan’ feature for albums. Rescan re-assesses and retries any fixes.
