Identify 'Compliant by Default' albums with the Why? button
At present, an album which is Compliant by Default (CBD), that is to say an album which has no linked releases, shows all blue ticks when the Why? button is clicked. This is misleading and incorrect. It would be very useful if it showed *No Linked Releases' instead.

Even better would be to not categorize them as 'Compliant' in the first place. 'Not linked' would be more correct.

Or we could use the "Unknown" state, and make it a more supported compliance state.
Remember that not all compliance is related to linked releases.
