Derived tags
bliss should allow textual tags to contain "derived" data; that is, to provide consistent manipulations of canonical data to a defined scheme.
An example of this may be to append the bitrate to an album name. Using a template engine, the album could be defined as so:
Album name: <album name> [<format>]
Tags could potentially be combined with others:
Track name: <track name> (<artist name>)

This would be a nice feature to distinguish between Audio CD's and SACD's or other formats.

Yeah, the selection by genre bit would be covered by rulesets for those not familiar: https://www.blisshq.com/music-library-management-blog/2017/08/01/ruleset-selecta/
There's no separate idea for that, although see http://ideas.blisshq.com/forums/21939-bliss/suggestions/5490000-individual-rulesets-for-different-locations

It would be nice to see this implemented with selection by genre as well. That would allow me to set album artist to composer for classical albums without having to unlink releases all over the place.
