Unfold uncompliant reasons for all albums
Half of my clicks go to the "why?" uncompliant link, for each album.
Some way to unfold content hidden behind all these "why?" links on the page in one click would be nice.

An inspiration could be Gmail with its "Select > All" + "Plus > <Action>" workflow.

This is good feedback. I implemented it the way it is now to reduce clutter. This doesn't help experienced users though who know their way around and just want to get on with their work...
