Folder watch
When a folder change is detected, it rescans all albums. Is it possible to only scan the "changes" it sensed? It seems unnecessarily resource intensive to rescan each album for one new addition.

Assume this was already fixed – it should definitely work like this.

It should definitely only rescan the album that was added/changed. If it does more, it's a bug.
