Add genre capitalization option
It would be nice if bliss could enforce capitalization of genre tags. At the moment, it seems bliss sets all new genre tags to lowercase, but leaves the old ones as they are.
Consistency would be nice.

I agree. The reason is that (at the moment) the new genres come from MusicBrainz, where they are stored without capitalisation.
Rather than change the capitalisation coming in from MusicBrainz I would prefer to be able to set general capitalisation rules across all genres, no matter whether the genre existed before or whether it was being added. Options would be lower case, upper case and more (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Letter_case#Headings_and_publication_titles ).
In fact, this could also be applied to other tags such as album names.
