Cover Art Filename/ folder examples

I want to set up the Cover art folder. I've read the information, But I my brain comprehension is visually geared. Is it possible to show an example of an actual file folder Like C:/ bliss cover art ( Would this even be correct ?) and how to use or add the Tabs commas etc
Thanks
Peter
